Exercise is one enjoyable activity on losing weight, you reap the benefit of having a good looking body while having good health. But for some this is necessary evil. This is because they look at it as troublesome and time consuming. But as we know it, doing some exercise is necessary to get your ideal body shape and weight. And in order to make things easier for you, simply take these easy steps and you’re on your way to your dream.

First thing you need to do is to make an atmosphere. By that, I mean that you should start imagining things in their order. How you would look after a month, how much time are you spending each week on exercise or simply making a plan on what exercises are you going to do. Make it simple while you’re still thinking about it and your body will certainly follow accordingly.

Set a goal for yourself and never let yourself down. Having a goal will keep you going. This will render better time management as you can easily set it according to your own pace and present physical capacity. It should be noted that as a start, never give yourself a hard time. As daily exercise requires a warm up, long term goal should have the same. Start with lower intensities and increase from there. And remember, once you’ve set you own goal, hit it. While you may never hurt anybody from failing with your own goal but this will have a negative impact on your will to do your task the next time you set it.

Encourage yourself with rewards. As with normal office situation, hitting your own quota will require a bonus. And that works for anyone right? And why not employ it with your own goal? Each time you hit your goal with your weight loss effort reward yourself even with simple things like a simple lunch. This is good way to encourage yourself from being stubborn in reaching your dream.

Take it easy, don’t rush and never give up from small failures. Each time you push yourself into the limits, it can sometimes work on your disadvantage. Though working out can offers lots of benefits, still, it won’t happen in a day. So, bring a little patience with you. You’ll be delighted how much it can affect the outcome of your efforts. Failures may come from time to time but you should know that the cause for this is simply seen within you.

In order to make your efforts effective and efficient, taking your goal and tasks easy is the first step. After you’ve seen an obstacle, don’t stop instead go around it and make it a point that you can work it out.

The word “diet” has become defined as a mean for eliminating or limiting a certain foods sources in conventional diets today. The real definition simplified by my own words of diet is, “a prescribed selection of foods.” I believe strongly that this simple definition says everything about what a diet is unlike conventional diets have defined it.

Dieting is not starvation, tormenting, and in other words, a living hell! It can be as 1, 2, and 3.

As most people follow conventional diets, it is proven only 5% will actually lose weight and keep it off. But why only 5% succeed and other 95% fail? They did not follow these three steps.

1. Setting goals and methods of action.

Setting goals are not only for motivation but to give dieters a sense of direction on what they want to achieve. Some excellent question they should ask themselves and write on their goals sheet is what you want to accomplish, when do you want to reach these goals, how are you going to accomplish these goals, and why are they important?Other question they should write down is why would they give up, what don’t you like about yourself, and when you reach your goals what we be different?

I recommend this to everyone that ask me to help them with some tips on how to stay motivated and the number one tips that does the best is taking pictures of yourself and putting them where you will see them every day.

No this is not a joke as a before and after picture are proven to keep people motivated and reaching for their goals.

In a nutshell, keep your goals sheet with your answers right by your pictures where you will see them every day to help keep you reaching for your goals.

2. Gain the knowledge needed.

Researching about healthy eating, weight loss, and exercise can become a struggle and risky with the health industry pointing you towards unnecessary weight loss supplement, diets, and exercise equipment.

Searching now for several years I have become fond of government site that give out a lot of free information, articles, and study’s that are trustworthy and I like to say, “the real thing.” I have made several weight loss websites available to you on my website for easy access to some of the best information online without having to research. Taking the time to learn about the basics of nutrition, exercise, and healthier living is the key towards success.

One of the best sources I believe and back up 100% is by Tom Venuto, “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.” This e-book has become the best selling weight loss book online as its results speak for itself. If you are interested in this book you can review it on my weight loss site as I believe you should make decisions when you learn the truth for yourself instead of someone else telling you. 3. Construct a exercise, eating, and daily planner.

When creating your exercise, eating, and daily planner you need to take several elements and into account. Some things you have to incorporate into your daily planner is the amount of time and money you have to delegate to your goals, fitness level, and schedule. So let’s recall what the steps just where.

You wrote out your goals and what you want to achieve in how much time, with your questions and answers, and don’t forget about your before and after pictures where you will see them every day. Next, you seek the knowledge to take action correctly and to get maximum results with as less amount of time and money spent. Last, you created a daily planner that consist of your exercise and nutrition schedules and planners to keep track of what needs to be done to accomplish your desired results.

These three steps have been used over and over again with excellent results and I recommend you try it as well.

1. Try taking coconut oil

To be specific, you need to get the “extra virgin” kind of coconut oil. This is the pure stuff. That’s key. You don’t want regular coconut oil since the processing it went through pretty much kills the benefits of it’s raw version.

My clients… 100′s of them lose around 6 pounds in LESS THAN 13 days just taking extra virgin coconut oil 2 times a day. Take it on an empty stomach for best results. Oh yeah, I almost forgot… take 1 tablespoon each time.

2. Jumping on a mini-trampoline is great to increase your cardio “output”

Here’s the deal. The mini-trampoline is best used to increase your daily MOVEMENTS. Movement is key to losing weight. Being sedentary… forget it. If you think a magic pill will cover up you being lazy and eating bad, think again!

You need to move more… besides making some dietary changes.

For me personally, I use the mini-trampoline during tv commercials. They’re about 2 minutes each time. If I watch 1 hour of tv, I can be sure that I’ll get in more than 20 minutes of jumping (yeah, there’s that much commercial time).
