Some were restaurants I could never afford to eat at with my own money.” When Erin did go to affordable restaurants, she’d just get the entree and water; however now Erin could order ANYTHING at any restaurant for free!

1. Protein shake diet
This might be too hard for most people, but it gets quick weight loss results. At least a pound every other day… LOST. The basics on this type of diet is that you have 4-5 protein shakes to replace your meals. OPTIONAL: Use flaxseed in them to give you some fiber and make it so the protein shake fills you up longer.
Take in at least 20 grams of protein with each shake. Maybe put in a banana or apple, or other kinds of fruits and vegetables. Put in some spices like cinnamon. Start with 15 ounces of water and work from there. Maybe put a little milk in there too.
2. Intense exercise
For fast weight loss, you need a lot of intensity with your cardio workouts. If you can talk normally during them, then you’re not working hard enough. Overweight people have to be careful with this though, if they’re out of shape.
How can you incorporate this into your workouts? Go on the stairstepper and use the manual buttons. Go “ALL OUT” for 10 seconds, then slow it down for 30 seconds. Keep doing something like that. Just do short bursts of ultra-intense working out and follow it up with active rest (you’re still working out, but just at a really slow pace).
You can do this with running, the elliptical machine, rowing machines, stationary bikes (I don’t like them), etc.
